The integrated circuit industry industry has a weak bargaining capacity on the upstream; The degree of homogeneity of products is low, so the integrated circuit industry has strong bargaining capabilities in the downstream; the integrated circuit industry is more attractive to potential entryrs, but facing high barriers such as capital, technology, and talent. Generally speaking, the potential entry of the industry is generally threatened; integrated circuits are just needed products such as downstream consumer electronics, computers, communication equipment and other fields. At present, there are basically no alternative products. It is a key field of “card neck” in China’s new infrastructure development. The risk of products is relatively low; in recent years, the integrated circuit related enterprises in my country have been developing steadily, and the industry has ushered in a rapid progress, but the corporate structure is relatively scattered. In summary, my country’s integrated circuit industry is growing, and the competition in the industry is generally fierce.
